How it works

From experience to understanding

Begin with the material you have. Keep its context as your understanding develops.

Bring your material

Arusaama works with material you choose to provide: supported audio recordings, conversation transcripts and text exports, journals, and documents. Sources can capture an exchange, your recollection of an experience, or context that helps you understand a relationship.

These sources have different meanings. A journal entry records the writer’s account. A transcript represents what was extracted from a recording, with the possibility of transcription errors. A later reflection is not a recording of the original event. Keeping those distinctions visible matters.

Only submit material you have the lawful authority and required permissions to process. The ability to import a file does not establish permission to record, upload, analyze, or share it.

Review the record

Preparation can turn supported material into text and organized entries. You review the result, correct mistakes, check dates and context, and identify people where appropriate.

AI can miss a word, confuse a speaker, or interpret an ambiguous date incorrectly. An identity you assign is a user-reviewed attribution; it is not independent identity verification. Review helps make later interpretation more useful.

Arusaama preserves distinctions between original material, extracted information, and corrections. Our approach explains why this matters.

Reflect and explore

Guided Reflection helps you consider the material, your experiences, and your own responses. It offers a place to examine an interpretation and ask what else may be relevant.

Simulator supports hypothetical conversation practice. You can explore a possible exchange and reflect on how you might communicate. Its dialogue is invented; it is not a prediction of what another person will say or evidence of what they have said.

These features use AI assistance. They can offer useful questions and still get something wrong. Your judgment, circumstances, and access to qualified support remain important.

See the larger picture

Where the required permissions are in place, deeper analysis can connect material across time and explore recurring dynamics, relationships, strengths, and possible changes.

Relationship maps and loops help make these interpretations visible. A repair pathway is a possibility to consider, not a guarantee that a conversation will improve or that reconciliation is appropriate.

Reports organize the account into a coordinated publication: the narrative, supporting source material, and analysis and provenance. Follow a conclusion back to its basis, examine counterexamples, and see where the record is limited. Read about the report.

Understand the permissions

Arusaama distinguishes limited reflection from deeper analysis. Under the current product contract, full analysis of consent-governed recordings requires the account holder’s agreement and active agreements from all covered participants. Certain limited transcript, reflection, and hypothetical dialogue features have a different permission scope.

A missing participant agreement does not supply permission for unlawful recording or processing. Refusal and withdrawal must be respected according to the applicable agreement and law. An invitation being sent, a person being named, or a speaker being identified is not consent.

The exact processing notice and agreement for a feature must explain what will happen before you use it. Production app policies are being finalized for the intended US and EU/EEA adult offering. This informational website does not enroll you or grant permission to process anyone’s material.

A clear view of the limits

Arusaama is not a therapist, diagnostic service, lie detector, or legal adviser. It cannot know someone’s private intentions or establish the truth of an allegation from selected material. It is not a service for urgent safety decisions.

The product uses server and AI-provider processing for relevant features; it is not an entirely offline or device-only service. Do not assume that every file remains on your phone or that a server copy is a permanent backup.
