How do I request access?
Email support@arusaama.com and say you are interested in Arusaama. We can discuss current availability or a demonstration. Sending an email does not create an account or subscribe you to a newsletter.
Can I download the app now?
The website's Android and iOS download spaces are placeholders until real store listings are available. The production offering and app policies are being finalized for adults in the United States and EU/EEA. We are not announcing a public release date here.
What does it cost?
Arusaama will offer subscriptions based on AI usage. Plans and pricing are being finalized; the price, included usage, and payment terms will be explained before you subscribe. Purchases are not available through this website.
Privacy and permissions
Does everything stay on my device?
No. Relevant app features use server and AI-provider processing. Device originals, temporary uploads, transcripts, reports, consent evidence, and usage records can have different storage and retention rules. The processing notice for a feature must explain the applicable handling before use. The public website privacy policy covers website visits and correspondence, not all app processing.
Do other people need to agree?
Full analysis of consent-governed recordings requires the account holder's agreement and active participant agreements for all covered participants. Certain limited transcript, reflection, and hypothetical dialogue features have a different scope. These product rules never replace recording or other permissions required by law. A person being named or an invitation being delivered is not consent.
What happens after someone withdraws?
Withdrawal, deletion, and the handling of completed work are distinct questions. They depend on the relevant signed terms, the operation, and applicable law. Existing drafts contemplate limited continued use of some eligible completed material, subject to privacy and deletion rights. Production terms are under review; this website does not promise either that all prior material disappears instantly or that all material may be used indefinitely.
How do I ask about my data or account deletion?
Email support@arusaama.com. Identify the account or correspondence concerned without including unnecessary sensitive information. We will explain any verification and the applicable process. Does the website track me?
The informational pages use no visitor analytics, advertising trackers, session replay, cookies, or browser storage. The hosting infrastructure necessarily handles connection data, and operational diagnostics have their own limits. See the privacy policy for the full explanation.
Understanding the product
Is Arusaama therapy or a diagnostic tool?
No. It is an AI-assisted information organization and relationship-reflection tool. It does not diagnose people, provide professional advice, or replace appropriately qualified support. An interpretation may be useful and still be wrong.
Can a report prove what happened?
A report can organize supplied material and make its sources inspectable. That does not establish the completeness or truth of the record, clinical validity, or legal admissibility. Original material and relevant context should be independently checked before reliance or sharing.
What does Simulator do?
It supports hypothetical conversation practice. Its words are generated examples, not evidence of what someone said or a reliable prediction of how they will respond.
