What this notice covers
This notice covers the public informational pages on arusaama.com and correspondence you send to the published support address, including questions about access or demonstrations.
It does not authorize or describe all processing performed by the Arusaama app. App accounts, submitted recordings and documents, AI analysis, and participant agreements require their own applicable notices and permissions. Those production policies are being finalized for the intended adult offering.
Information and purposes
When you visit. Our hosting infrastructure receives connection information needed to deliver the website, including your IP address, request information, and browser connection details. We use necessary technical information to deliver pages, diagnose failures, and protect the service. We do not enable per-page visitor access logging for these informational pages. Server diagnostics can still contain technical information when an error occurs.
When you email. We receive your email address, the name and other information you choose to include, the message and attachments, and normal email delivery metadata. We use this information to respond, discuss access you requested, provide support, and keep relevant correspondence. A request for access does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Please keep an initial inquiry brief. You do not need to send private messages, recordings, identity documents, health information, or details about other people. If support later requires additional information, we will explain what is needed and how to provide it.
Cookies, storage, and measurement. These informational pages do not set cookies, use browser storage, run visitor analytics or session replay, or include advertising trackers. Fonts and page assets are served from this website. No cookie banner is needed for features that are not present. Separate authentication or signing services can have different technical requirements and notices.
AI and advertising. Browsing these pages does not submit your content to an AI service. The website demonstration is fixed fictional content. Website visit and contact data are not sold or used for targeted advertising. We do not use them to make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.
Legal grounds where GDPR applies. Necessary website delivery, security, and general correspondence rely on our legitimate interests in operating a reliable service and responding to inquiries, balanced against individuals’ rights. Steps you specifically request toward a service agreement may rely on taking those pre-contractual steps. Processing required by law relies on the relevant legal obligation. These grounds do not give permission to process sensitive app content for unrelated purposes.
Service providers and transfers
Our website is hosted on servers in the United States. We use hosting and email service providers to deliver the website and handle correspondence. They process technical information or message content as necessary to provide those services. Your own email provider also processes messages you send.
We remain responsible for the website and contact processing described in this notice. You can contact us at support@arusaama.com for information about the service providers handling your information.
Information we handle may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws from yours. The data processing terms for the services we use include international-transfer provisions, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your information, including how to obtain a copy.
Access within the company is limited to people who need the information for the stated purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or as necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, subject to applicable safeguards. Links to other websites are ordinary external links; their operators apply their own privacy practices.
Retention
Routine server diagnostic logs are configured for a seven-day retention period. Relevant information may be retained separately when needed to investigate a specific security incident or meet a legal obligation. Infrastructure providers may maintain their own operational records under their applicable terms.
Correspondence is retained while needed to answer your inquiry, provide requested follow-up or support, and address related obligations or claims. We review whether continued retention is necessary and remove information when it is no longer needed for those purposes. An ongoing support matter can require a different period from a resolved general inquiry. This is not permission to retain every email indefinitely.
Provider backups and technical deletion cycles can delay removal from backup copies after active records are deleted. Any retained copy remains subject to its applicable access and use restrictions. You may contact us to ask about or request deletion of your correspondence.
Your choices and rights
You may browse without creating an account or contacting us. If you contact us, provide only the information needed for your request.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct it, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, or receive certain information in a portable form. These rights have conditions and exceptions; for example, some information may be needed for a legal obligation or claim. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send a request to support@arusaama.com. Identify the correspondence or information concerned without sending unnecessary sensitive material. We may need proportionate information to verify your request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any refusal or limitation.
EU/EEA residents may complain to their competent data protection authority, including in the country of their habitual residence, work, or an alleged infringement. See the European Data Protection Board’s authority directory. Other applicable privacy and consumer rights remain available.
The intended service is for adults aged 18 or older. We do not invite children to submit personal information through this site. Contact us if you believe a child has sent information so we can address it appropriately.
Security and updates
The website uses HTTPS. No internet transmission, email service, or storage system can promise absolute security. Protect your email account and avoid sending sensitive relationship material in an initial inquiry.
We may update this notice when practices or requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be described here and communicated directly when applicable law requires it. A notice update does not retroactively grant new rights to use information collected under a different purpose or agreement.
